Dimension Maintenance Services
Dimension Maintenance Services Includes:
Telephone support for diagnosing potential Dimension problems,
including both Dimension hardware and software problem diagnosis
and attempted resolution. Telephone support is available
between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard
Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
One
free copy of all Dimension software releases made available
during the maintenance agreement coverage period, including
back end system controller software. Installation of software
is Customer's responsibility.
Free exchange of replacement parts for Dimension hardware.
Prism Engineering, working in conjunction with Stratasys
Corporation, will respond with a best effort to arrange shipment
of part(s).
On-site service calls for Dimension hardware repair as
needed, including all parts and labor.
