When contacting technical support if you have the following information handy our application engineer will be able to assist you quicker.

  • Company and contact (phone and e-mail) information
  • Serial number of Dimension Printer

In addition, the support engineer may need:

  • The data files that are causing the problems.

Dimension Maintenance Services

Dimension Maintenance Services Includes:

  • Telephone support for diagnosing potential Dimension problems, including both Dimension hardware and software problem diagnosis and attempted resolution. Telephone support is available between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • One free copy of all Dimension software releases made available during the maintenance agreement coverage period, including back end system controller software. Installation of software is Customer's responsibility.
  • Free exchange of replacement parts for Dimension hardware. Prism Engineering, working in conjunction with Stratasys Corporation, will respond with a best effort to arrange shipment of part(s).
  • On-site service calls for Dimension hardware repair as needed, including all parts and labor.
