Dimension

We are proud to offer the Dimension™ 3D printer. Dimension uses a patented technology called Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), which creates physical models directly from 3D CAD files using ABS plastic. The 3D printer is a simple-to-use desktop system, which can be located in any office and operated on a network. This makes it ideal for a product design team to share the modeling system.

The impact on the market is tremendous; by using 3D printing to refine a design in its early stages, considerable time and expenses are saved. In addition, concept models enable designers to visualize their designs three dimensionally. Dimension is being hailed as important to the design and manufacturing worlds because at $24,900 - about one-half the previous cost for such a device - it makes concept modeling available to a vast new market that was previously unable to take advantage of it. Dimension Maintenance Services

Dimension Maintenance Services Includes:

Telephone support for diagnosing potential Dimension problems, including both Dimension hardware and software problem diagnosis and attempted resolution. Telephone support is available between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
One free copy of all Dimension software releases made available during the maintenance agreement coverage period, including back end system controller software. Installation of software is Customer's responsibility.
Free exchange of replacement parts for Dimension hardware. Prism Engineering, working in conjunction with Stratasys Corporation, will respond with a best effort to arrange shipment of part(s).
On-site service calls for Dimension hardware repair as needed, including all parts and labor.
